Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the Call Forwarding mobile application ("App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our services. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:
- Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
- Phone and forwarding data: Phone numbers you enter for call forwarding, forwarding status, and call history are stored locally on your device. The App uses phone permissions to dial carrier codes and, where supported, read forwarding status from your carrier.
- Contacts: If you choose to pick a number from your contacts, the App accesses only the contact you select. We do not upload your full contact list to our servers.
- Device and app information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, theme preference, and a device identifier may be collected for analytics, crash reporting, and support.
- Approximate location: The App may request your country from a third-party IP lookup service (ip-api.com) to show the correct carrier forwarding codes for your region. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Usage and diagnostics: We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes.
- Advertising data (Free version only): The free version of the App displays ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect advertising identifiers and related data according to your consent choices and Google's policies.
- Push notifications: If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may use a device token to deliver messages.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide call forwarding features and remember your preferences
- Authenticate your account and sync your signed-in session
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience
- Respond to support requests
- Show ads in the free version and measure ad performance

3. How Information Is Stored
Most call forwarding settings and history are stored on your device. Account authentication data is handled by Firebase. Analytics, crash, and messaging services are provided by Google Firebase.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may process data under their own policies:
- Google Sign-In and Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging)
- Google AdMob (Free version)
- ip-api.com (approximate country lookup)
- Google Play In-App Review (when you choose to rate the App)
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
6. Your Choices

Local app data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App. Account and analytics data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
